These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 555rp platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming products. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and play on 555rp. Proof of identity and age is required at the KYC verification stage. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
Each player is permitted one verified account only. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of outstanding balances. Using another person's account is also prohibited.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times apply.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to stated wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum odds conditions, and expiry windows. Bonus abuse — including bet-hedging and collusion — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on 555rp. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 555rp reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend an Account pending verification.
2.2 You must be a resident of Indonesia. 555rp is designed and optimised for the Indonesian market. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.
2.3 By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities under the laws applicable to you; (c) you are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 555rp or any of its affiliated game-studio partners; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
2.4 555rp reserves the right to decline registration applications or close existing Accounts from jurisdictions it determines, at its sole discretion, to constitute Prohibited Jurisdictions.
3.1 To access betting and gaming products on 555rp, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid contact method.
3.2 One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one Account on the 555rp platform. If 555rp detects that you have opened or are operating more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — all duplicate Accounts will be closed immediately. Any Balance held in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited, and any winnings generated through duplicate Accounts will be voided.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted via your Account — including Wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that specific activity.
3.4 You must notify 555rp support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected compromise of your login credentials. 555rp will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.5 You must keep your registered Account details accurate and up to date. Name changes, address changes, or changes to linked payment methods must be reported to 555rp support and may require additional KYC documentation.
4.1 Before processing any withdrawal request, 555rp requires all Users to complete a KYC verification process. KYC verification requires the submission of: (a) a valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driving licence); (b) proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the preceding 90 days); and (c) where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a bank statement or e-wallet screenshot).
4.2 555rp may request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle — not only at the point of first withdrawal. Accounts for which KYC documentation has been requested but not provided within 30 calendar days will be suspended pending completion of verification.
4.3 All KYC documents submitted to 555rp are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and fraud-prevention purposes and are retained in encrypted storage.
4.4 555rp reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal or close an Account where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, where submitted documentation is found to be fraudulent or altered, or where identity verification reveals that a User does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.
555rp accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed at the point of deposit. All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in IDR with no currency conversion or processing fee applied by 555rp.
Deposits made in error — including deposits to incorrect account details or amounts deposited unintentionally — must be reported to support within 24 hours. 555rp cannot guarantee recovery of funds deposited outside the platform's designated payment channels.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account withdrawal section, subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification has been completed; (b) the requested amount does not exceed your available real-money Balance; (c) any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your Balance have been satisfied; and (d) the withdrawal destination matches a payment method previously used to deposit or has been separately verified.
555rp targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes for standard requests submitted during WIB (UTC+7) business hours on banking days. Processing times may be longer during bank maintenance windows, Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August), or in cases where additional verification is required. 555rp does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limits are published in the Account section and may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes to withdrawal limits in advance.
You may only withdraw funds to a payment method in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets are not permitted. Any attempt to withdraw to a third-party payment method will be declined and may trigger a KYC review.
6.1 From time to time, 555rp offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, minimum odds conditions, and claim/expiry deadlines — published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active.
6.2 Wagering requirements state the total amount that must be wagered before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x" means you must wager thirty times the bonus value). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution rates by game category are published alongside each promotion.
6.3 Bonus Abuse Policy: 555rp actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a bonus conversion regardless of outcome; creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is detected, 555rp reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the Account without prior notice.
6.4 Bonuses are issued at 555rp's sole discretion. 555rp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to the terms of a promotion will not affect any bonus already credited to a User's Account, provided that User has not yet begun wagering activity on that bonus.
7.1 All Wagers placed on 555rp are final once confirmed. It is the Player's sole responsibility to review the details of a Wager — including selection, stake amount, and applicable odds — before confirming placement. 555rp will not void or amend a correctly placed Wager on the basis that the Player made an error.
7.2 In sports betting, markets are settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton, PSSI / BRI Liga 1 for Indonesian domestic football). In the event of a void market, stakes are returned to the Player's Balance at the original stake amount.
7.3 In the event of a manifest pricing error — including odds offered at a level clearly inconsistent with the true market price — 555rp reserves the right to void affected Wagers, regardless of whether they have been settled, and to return the original stake to the Player's Balance.
7.4 All casino and slot games on 555rp use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are the long-run statistical average for each game; individual session outcomes may vary significantly from the published RTP. Past game outcomes do not influence future outcomes.
7.5 Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by independent draw systems. Prize tables, draw schedules (in WIB), and format rules (2D, 3D, 4D) are published on the Togel Online page. Winning numbers are final once the draw closes; late submissions after draw closure are not accepted.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555rp platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
9.1 All content on the 555rp platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphical assets, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 555rp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 555rp platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without 555rp's prior written consent.
555rp collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and platform usage activity. 555rp does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC providers, fraud detection services) only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and fulfil legal obligations.
11.1 555rp is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide all registered Players with access to the following self-management tools, available directly from Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly); session time notifications and automatic time-out features; cooling-off periods; and voluntary self-exclusion for a defined or indefinite period.
11.2 If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your financial situation, relationships, work, or mental health, you are strongly encouraged to activate self-exclusion immediately via Account settings or by contacting 555rp support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, 555rp will take reasonable steps to prevent promotional communications from being sent to the excluded Player.
11.3 555rp enforces a strict minimum age of 21. Age verification is conducted at KYC stage and may be requested at any point. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds will be returned to the deposit source after deducting any winnings.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555rp shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform; (b) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind; (c) losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate; or (d) interruptions, delays, or errors in platform availability caused by third-party infrastructure, telecommunications providers, or force majeure events.
12.2 555rp's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not, in any circumstances, exceed the total real-money Balance held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 555rp's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 555rp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a User has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity is suspected; (c) KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed; (d) 555rp is required to do so by a regulatory or law-enforcement authority; or (e) 555rp decides, for commercial or operational reasons, to cease providing services in a particular market or to a particular category of Users.
13.2 Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than breach, the verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to the deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of Account closure are not payable.
13.3 You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting 555rp support. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.
555rp reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via an on-platform notification, with a minimum of 14 calendar days' notice before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the 555rp platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 555rp holds its international gaming licence. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled by good-faith negotiation between the parties. Nothing in this clause limits 555rp's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
